FAQ

Which payment options do you offer?

We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.

Is payment safe?

Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify, our e-commerce platform, which is PCI DSS compliant. We never see or store your card details.

Where do you ship?

We ship to most countries. You can check whether we ship to your country or not at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

We will ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. (See at checkout)

What is Pre-order?

A Pre-Order allows you to reserve a piece before it is produced. This allows us to produce only what is needed and avoid unnecessary waste.

Your pre-order will be shipped within 4–6 weeks.

Limited quantities will be produced.

Reserve yours while available and enjoy an exclusive Pre-Order price.

How should I care for my garment?

To keep your item in optimal condition, we recommend the following:

Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle or by hand. Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry. For wool, use the wool cycle only.

What are the return conditions?

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, let us know and we will do our best to find a solution together with you.
