You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Maison Lière cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@maisonliere.com.
