At Maison Lière, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

2. How to Return

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Maison Lière cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

5. Exchanges
